HI, I am looking at your info on dronabinol. It is used for more than you state and I would like to see you update your files. My son has a seizure disorder, Tuberous Sclerosis Complex and was in a major auto accident, picking up an additional diagnosis of PTSD. One of the drugs tried was quetiapine, but the side effects were too complicated. He then started on dronabinol and was able to take 10mg 1x/day to reduce 1200mg of quetiapine, now 400mg with the 10 mg dronabinol. I think this kind of info needs to be more in the public s eye as it will likely have insurance coverage the more the drug is used in other circumstances.
